612bbBoard 612BB

Board 612BB is made from a mixture of amorphous Superwool™ fibres, refractory fillers, inorganic & organic binders. The high fibre content confers good strength, light weight and excellent thermal shock resistance. This material has been specifically designed for use as insulation in domestic boiler combustion chambers. Recommended for use up to 1150°C.

Ceraboard 100

A refractory fibre board manufactured from a slurry of refractory fibres and selected inorganic and organic binders. It is used when a firm self supporting and insulating product is needed. Recommended for use up to 1260°C.

607LTI

Rigid boards manufactured from amorphous Superwool™ fibres and are recommended for all applications where thin, rigid insulating panels are required. Ceramic Paper A high purity paper made from alumino silicate refractory fibres. It is a high temperature insulating and gasket material. Recommended for use up to 1260ºC. 

Kersasil 325 

Non woven ER glass fibrepaper impregnated with an agent based on silicone.  Suitable for use where standard glass or ceramic papers are normally used but where a gasket of greater strength and flexibility is required. Recommended for use up to 350°C.                                   view spec sheet
                                                          

Thermatex 500 

A glass paper developed for use as a gasket or thermal insulation material.
It is strong, flexible, very resilient and pleasant to handle. Recommended for use up to 500°C. Superwool™ 607 Paper A gasket material made from amorphous man made fibres bonded with a low percentage of organic binder. It is very flexible and resistant to tearing with excellent thermal insulation characteristics and exceptional handling properties. Recommended for use up to 1050°C. 

Enviroglass II

A gasket paper using a blend of ‘E’ glass fibres and rockwool to give a uniform and flexible product which is non flammable, clean to handle and dimensionally stable at high temperatures. It exhibits high strength and toughness. Recommended for use up to 400°C.

ISOFRAX 1260C BOARD

Isofrax 1260C Board is based on a revolutionary new fibre with a unique, patented silica-magnesia chemistry, designed to be used in a wide variety of demanding, high temperature applications. Isofrax has very high solubility in simulated body fluids and meets the European and German regulatory requirements. Recommended for use up to 1260 Deg C.

INSULFRAX BOARD

Insulfrax Board is made from man made mineral fibres with Calcium Magnesium Silica System with starch and silica binders. Suitable for use as thermal insulation particularly in fire protection and domestic appliances.
